Interim Superintendent
Jeremy Erler

Jeremy Erler was a principal at JWP since 2011. Previously he worked as a 2nd grade teacher for 9 years at JWP. Mr. Erler now serves as the interim superintendent and represents the district, contributing his ideas to ensure learning for all students.
High School Principal
Grant Hanson
Grant Hanson joined our team in 2019 as the JWP High School Principal. As a strong pillar of our Personalized Learning Development Team, Mr. Hanson brings years of high school teaching, instructional leadership, and coaching experiences to the table. He leads by example with supporting the high school staff so that students can learn at their best.
Interim Elementary Principal
Jeff Adams
Jeff Adams is the interim elementary principal at JWP Elementary. Previously he worked within various roles at JWP, including a 7th grade social studies teacher., Athletic Director, Community Education Director, and 5th grade teacher Mr. Adams represents the elementary staff, contributing his ideas to ensure that all students receive a personalized education.
Director of Tech & Integration
Mike Berding
Mike Berding, our Technology Integrationist, has worked to support teachers with technology
integration at JWP since 2015. His role in the implementation of Personalized Learning components, such as Learner Portfolios and technology training,
is a key aspect for student and teacher success.
Mr. Berding feels strongly about resource equity so
all students have the opportunity to innovate.
Director of Teaching & Learning
Claudia Roesler

Claudia Roesler joined the JWP team in 2010, working
as a 3rd grade teacher for 7 years in the elementary and then with preschool through 12th grade teachers as the Personalized Learning Coach. Currently, as the Director
of Teaching & Learning, she provides leadership, coordination, and facilitation in the development of
E-12th grade curriculum, including staff development opportunities to ensure the implementation and
evaluation of instructional programs.
